Leveraging our strategically located warehouses in the U.S. and Canada:

For On-site Service Repair(OSR):

• ITI can rapidly ship spare parts to field technicians for onsite repairs. This effectively reduces the normal turnaround time of 5-7 to 2-3 days. 

On-site Service Swap(OSS):

• For completely out of order units, which requires heavy shipment of replacement items, ITI can reduce the normal turnaround time of 7-10 to 5-7 days

In addition, our headquarters includes support teams that can diagnose problems in the field, provides technical support to our field technicians and appropriate replacement components to ensure a successful completion of the repair or swap service in three key principles: Cost effective, Fast and Productive manner.
