Perform onsite repair of the unit (OSR) or onsite swap (OSS) of the entire unit at the customer’s site by 15000+ authorized service personnel
Send customers replacement products in exchange for defective products
Repair defective products sent in by customers and return good working products back to customers in the most timely manner
Provide first line (L1) customer support and specialist (L2) technical support via phone and email
