In addition to our on-site services, ITI also offers an Advanced ITI Replacement (AIR) program for customers who require a replacement unit. With AIR, a replacement unit is shipped to the customer for next day delivery, including return packaging and postage.

Once the defective unit is returned to ITI, it undergoes repair, testing, and burn-in processes before being placed into finished goods inventory for future service requests. We partner with major shipping carriers to provide next-day, next-flight-out, and ground shipping options across the United States and Canada. This allows us to meet the diverse needs of our customers and provide fast and efficient solutions.
