Indusys Technology Inc (ITI) was founded in the technology hub of Silicon Valley in 1989 and is a top service provider for commercial and consumer electronics companies in the United States and Canada. Our clients include Fortune 500 and Fortune 5000 companies.


ITI boasts 4 state-of-the-art service and fulfillment centers in the U.S. and Canada with a total of 450,000 square feet of facility space. Our facilities are located in San Jose, California (headquarters), Houston, Texas, Memphis, Tennessee, and in Markham, Ontario in Canada.


With over three decades of experience, ITI has the resources to provide services for all aspects of post-sales and reverse logistics. Our areas of expertise include on-site warranty repairs or replacements, product returns and testing, regional storage and fulfillment of A and B grade products, consumer purchases and fulfillment, and environmental material recycling.


To ensure a streamlined experience for our clients, ITI utilizes its own IT system to support services such as customer relationship management, payment management, field service dispatch, return product testing and repair, and customized inventory reporting.
